customer issues using Call Center Notes. Let them add new

E-mail Customers
- There's no need for your service personnel
to use a separate tool for e-mail. With Call Center, simply
type your message and click Send; Call Center's e-mail tool
can even insert order information, autoship or personal account
information into the email to make this task efficient and
accurate.
