Contemporary Nutrition's (CNI) pilot product, Sweet Jubilee, was a hit for women's health. CNI quickly realized that their product was something to talk about...direct sales and a customer rewards program was the key to their future growth.

Entry-level order processing systems were sufficient to launch the company and prove a sound business foundation. However, CNI management soon realized that growth required more automated systems. This would allow CNI to improve efficiency and keep their operational staff to a minimum.

The growth plan needed automated processes for:

Orders submitted on CNI's Website are processed and automatically entered in the Prodigix Office Automation database. This order data is periodically sent to CNI's fulfillment center. Shipping information is automatically updated in the Office Automation database from the fulfillment center.

3. Customer Rewards Program

Customers who want their product for FREE, and to earn a little side money, can send friends to the CNI Website. Prodigix Office Automation software tracks all sales and provides reports online for the members. Commissions are calculated and checks are printed directly from the software.

4. Recurring Order Processing

Customers who want the best pricing can signup on CNI's continuity program and automatically receive their monthly supply of Sweet Jubilee. The OA software keeps the customer's credit card or checking account (ACH) information on file. Hundreds of orders are processed in a matter of seconds.
