Four Principles of a Successful Company

In this day and age communication is one of the key focuses for any size business. To become a leader in an industry, a company must consistently and effectively communicate with its leadership, management, sales distributors, and potential clients. Whether you are a new or seasoned corporation you must utilize the current technology, and multiple tools, to efficiently communicate to the organization.

There are several areas in which your company can utilize technology to relay news events, sales promotions, training events, board meetings, motivational topics, and other key information. The most commonly used tool is a conference calling bridge. Your company can set up monthly, weekly, or even daily conference calls on the bridge to communicate with the entire organization or different divisions to keep them motivated and up to date.

A second and even more powerful tool for communication is web conferencing. As any presenter knows the more senses you can involve while making a presentation, the greater the impact on the participant. Web conferencing when partnered with a conference call bridge gives the participant the ability to listen and visualize the presentation. Participants can join the conference from an off site office, corporate board room, or the comforts of their own home as long as they have access to the internet.

Another effective tool to provide information to participants of the organizations is a replay or sizzle line in which leaders can record and upload a message for playback at a later time. You can market a product or opportunity, upload a powerful pre-recorded conference call or important audio recording, or simply record a message of the day. Participants in the organization or potential clients can then call into the line and listen to the message at their leisure.

One last but extremely effective tool for your company to consider when managing a large organization is unified messaging. This is a powerful tool for both the upper leadership of an organization and the end user. Imagine having the ability to record a message one time and then broadcast it to the entire organization by level, geographic location, or to the entire subscriber base. Unified messaging works by having participants subscribe, for a small monthly fee, to a toll-free voice mail system that gives them a powerful virtual office tool and gets them “plugged in” to the messaging from the upper levels of the company. The many ways your company can utilize this messaging are endless and the professional image that it promotes for the subscriber is immeasurable. Increased awareness of events and important information is a valuable tool to a company’s goal of positioning themselves as a leader in their industry.

Consistent communication is the key element that separates companies that flourish in an industry from those who barely survive. Effective communication plans must be implemented from day one. By utilizing all four or any combination of the above-mentioned communication tools, companies can align themselves to be a leader in its industry. Do not let your company get caught out of the loop. You also have the flexibility to add a dollar amount or percentage to the returned UPS oline rate. For those companies with special UPS rate pricing, simply enter a discount percentage; the discount will be subtracted from the returned value.

UPS online rates can be used along side any existing shipping methods you have already set up in the system. In addition, you can decide which shipping methods are available via the online shopping cart modules!

Note: UPS online rates are only available with the Enterprise Hosting or Licensing packages. A setup/programming fee is required to convert existing Enterprise customers.
